Summary
This study aims to find the most effective treatment for early-stage vocal cord cancer while preserving the patient's voice and swallowing. It will directly compare three different approaches: laser surgery through the mouth and two advanced forms of targeted radiation therapy. The goal is to see which method best controls the cancer and allows patients to keep their larynx (voice box) and maintain a good quality of life.
