New trial aims to find best cure for early Voice-Box cancer

Summary

This study compares three treatments for early-stage laryngeal cancer: laser surgery, standard radiation, and MRI-guided radiation. It aims to see which approach best controls the cancer while preserving voice and swallowing. About 105 adults with stage T1-T2 glottic cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments and followed for outcomes like cancer recurrence and survival.
