Summary
This study is testing whether a drug that boosts a specific brain chemical (NMDA) can help control symptoms in people showing early warning signs of schizophrenia. It will involve 48 participants who are still experiencing symptoms after a 6-week health program. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces their overall early symptoms over a 12-week period.
