Summary
This study tested whether adding specific shoulder blade strengthening exercises (lower trapezius and serratus anterior) early in rehabilitation after rotator cuff repair helps improve shoulder movement. Thirty adults aged 30 to 50 with small or medium tears took part. Results focused on how much the shoulder blade rotated during arm lifting and overall shoulder strength.
