New hope for catching deadly pancreatic cancer sooner

NCT ID NCT03536793

Summary

This study aims to find better ways to detect pancreatic cancer at its earliest, most treatable stages. Researchers will analyze fluid from pancreatic cysts in 180 participants to measure specific molecules and genetic changes linked to cancer. The goal is to develop less invasive tests that can accurately tell if a cyst is becoming cancerous, helping doctors intervene sooner when surgery is still an option.
