Faster recovery for lung surgery patients? study tests early eating and moving

NCT ID NCT07232394

Summary

This study tested a new recovery plan for patients after lung surgery. It compared starting food and gentle movement very soon after surgery (using a structured plan) to the usual, more cautious approach. The goal was to see if this helps people recover better, go home sooner, and have fewer problems.
