Simple moves after birth: can walking and bed exercises ease C-Section pain?
NCT ID NCT07501390
Summary
This study is testing whether starting gentle exercises and walking a few hours after a planned C-section can help reduce pain and improve recovery. It involves 56 women who will be randomly assigned to either do the exercises or receive standard hospital care. The goal is to see if this early movement leads to less pain, less need for pain medication, and a faster return to normal activities.
