Summary
This study tested whether giving three blood-pressure-raising drugs (norepinephrine, angiotensin II, and vasopressin) together early in septic shock works better than the usual stepwise approach. 79 adults with sepsis and low blood pressure despite fluids took part. The goal was to see if the early combo strategy improves blood flow and survival markers like renin levels.
