Summary

This study is testing whether starting chemotherapy 10 to 14 days after colon cancer surgery is better than starting later. It involves 303 people with stage III colon cancer who will receive a standard chemotherapy regimen. The main goal is to see if the earlier start improves 3-year survival and reduces cancer recurrence.
