Parents fight autism waitlist crisis with online training

Summary
This study tests an online program to help parents start supporting their toddlers who are showing signs of autism while they wait for a formal diagnosis. The program teaches parents strategies to improve their child's communication, social, and daily living skills. Researchers will compare outcomes for 120 toddlers whose parents either use the online training or wait as usual for six months.
