First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 27, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a numbing injection near the neck (superficial cervical plexus block) can reduce pain after ear surgery. About 46 adults aged 20-40 will either get the block plus general anesthesia or just general anesthesia. The goal is to see if the block lowers pain scores and the need for extra painkillers after surgery.
