Nerve block may ease ear surgery pain

Summary
This study tests if a numbing injection near the neck (superficial cervical plexus block) can reduce pain after ear surgery. 46 adults aged 20-40 having tympanomastoid surgery will either get the block or standard pain medicine. Researchers will measure pain scores and how much extra pain medicine is needed.
