NCT ID NCT06814028

Summary

This study tested whether a wearable device that delivers gentle electrical stimulation to the ear could reduce heavy menstrual bleeding. Forty women with heavy periods used the device daily during two of their menstrual cycles to see if it lessened blood loss and improved their symptoms and quality of life. The goal was to find a non-drug, at-home treatment option for this common condition.
