First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, self-applied ear massage could improve sleep quality in 60 women who experienced an earthquake. Participants with poor sleep performed the massage twice daily for 14 days. Sleep was measured using questionnaires and a wrist-worn activity tracker. The goal was to find an easy, drug-free way to help people sleep better after a traumatic event.
