Summary

This study is testing whether adding ear acupuncture to standard care can help people with sleep problems. It involves 180 active-duty military members and their families who report significant sleep disturbances. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus a series of ear acupuncture treatments over several weeks to see which approach works better.
