First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether pressing tiny pellets on ear points, using low-dose atropine eye drops, or both can delay or prevent nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 4 to 14 who are at high risk. The trial will measure changes in eye length and prescription over 6 months. It aims to find a safe, non-drug way to protect children's vision.
