Summary
This study tests whether giving stable cell phones and digital navigation assistance helps people overcome technology barriers and successfully connect with community services like housing, food, and transportation. Researchers will work with 600 adults in emergency departments and community partners to see if this approach improves access to services and health-related quality of life. The goal is to learn what works best to reduce health disparities for those facing economic and technological challenges.
