Click to calm: digital training eases anxiety for Stressed-Out new doctors
NCT ID NCT06842394
Summary
This study tested whether a special online training course could help reduce anxiety and stress for new doctors working in hospital emergency rooms. Researchers split over 200 junior doctors into two groups: one received the online training early in their job, while the other followed the standard onboarding process. The main goal was to see if the extra training made the doctors feel less anxious and more confident during their demanding shifts.
