Virtual classroom aims to train therapists in powerful anxiety treatment

Summary
This study is developing and testing an online training program to help therapists learn how to deliver exposure therapy, a highly effective treatment for anxiety disorders and OCD. The research team will gather feedback from therapists to improve the training, then have 40 therapists complete the full 8-hour course. The goal is to create a scalable way to teach more therapists this important skill, potentially improving access to care for people with anxiety.
