Summary
This study tested an e-health system that lets doctors monitor patients with multiple chronic diseases from home. The system sends alerts and coaching to help manage conditions like heart failure, COPD, and diabetes. The goal was to see how accurate the alerts are and if patients find the system easy to use. The study was small, with 23 adults, and was stopped early.
