Summary

This study tests a new virtual reality program called E-Invite Only VR for 8th graders. The program teaches students how to handle emotions and resist peer pressure to try e-cigarettes. About 1,250 students from schools in Connecticut and Massachusetts will play the VR game for about 2 hours total. The goal is to see if the program can prevent teens from starting to vape and reduce future health risks like nicotine addiction.
