Summary

This study is testing an experimental pill called DZD8586 for adults whose chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. Researchers want to see if the drug can shrink tumors and understand what side effects patients might experience. The study will also measure how much of the drug stays in the body over time.
