Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called DZD8586 can safely increase platelet counts in adults with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) who haven't responded well to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 60 participants who will receive different doses of the medication. Researchers will measure how many patients achieve and maintain safe platelet levels over several months while monitoring for side effects.
