Summary
This study tests a new drug called DZD8586 in adults whose chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma has returned or stopped responding to previous treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer and to understand its side effects. About 155 participants will take the drug alone, and researchers will monitor how well it works and how the body handles it.
