Scientists trace radioactive drug through healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07454863

Summary

This is a very early, first-in-human study to understand how a potential new drug for non-Hodgkin lymphoma is processed by the body. Six healthy adult male volunteers will take a single, small oral dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer. Researchers will closely measure how the drug is absorbed, broken down, and eliminated through urine and feces over several days.
