Summary
This study compared two different physical therapy approaches for women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). Forty-two women received either a specific joint mobilization technique, a motor imagery exercise program, or standard electrotherapy. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, menstrual symptoms, and attitudes toward menstruation.
