New taping method shows promise for back pain relief

Summary

This study looks at whether combining a taping method called Dynamic Taping with specific exercises can improve posture and reduce pain in people with non-specific low back pain. The study will involve 36 adults who have poor posture. Researchers will measure changes in posture and neck movement accuracy to see if the treatment helps.
