Compression shorts tested for hip dysplasia relief

Summary

This small pilot study will test whether wearing special compression shorts during daily activities can reduce pain and improve stability in adults with hip dysplasia and hypermobility. About 8-12 participants will wear the shorts and report their symptoms. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible.
