Summary
This study looked at whether a new screen technology called dynamic defocus can help reduce eye fatigue and improve eye health. It involved 36 adults aged 20-40 who regularly use computers and smartphones. Researchers measured how well the eyes focus and switch focus, and how tired the eyes felt, to see if the technology works.
