New pill trial aims to outperform chemo for tough blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a pill called duvelisib works better than standard chemotherapy for people with a specific type of T-cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatment. About 124 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new pill or one of two standard chemotherapy drugs chosen by their doctor. The main goal is to see if the pill can keep the cancer from growing for a longer period of time.
