New hope for tough lymphoma: phase 3 trial pits duvelisib against standard chemo

Summary
This study tests a new drug, duvelisib, against two standard chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine or bendamustine) in people with a rare type of T-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The main goal is to see if duvelisib can delay cancer growth longer than the chemo options. About 124 adults will take part in this phase 3 trial.
