Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, duvelisib and docetaxel, in 26 people with head and neck cancer that had returned or spread and could not be cured. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors. The trial was completed, and results help guide future treatment options for this hard-to-treat cancer.
