First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at men who take dutasteride for at least 6 months before having HoLEP surgery for an enlarged prostate. Researchers want to see if the drug reduces bleeding or changes how long the surgery takes. They will compare these men to those who did not take the drug. The goal is to help doctors plan better for surgery.
