First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining durvalumab (an immunotherapy) with lurbinectedin (a chemotherapy drug) can help control advanced small cell lung cancer that has come back after prior treatment. About 29 adults whose cancer returned or didn't respond to standard chemo and immunotherapy will receive the two drugs together. The goal is to see if this combination can slow tumor growth and help patients live longer.
