New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, durvalumab and monalizumab, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or come back. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 383 participants will receive the drugs, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
