This study tested a new way to give epidurals for labor pain called the Dural Puncture Epidural technique. It aims to improve pain relief and safety by helping the medicine work better. The study involved 200 healthy pregnant women and used ultrasound to guide the needle placement. The main goal was to see if this method reduces changes in the baby's heart rate during labor.
