Summary

This study compares three treatments for Dupuytren's contracture, a condition where fingers bend inward. 302 adults with at least 20 degrees of finger stiffness are randomly assigned to needle fasciotomy, collagenase injection, or surgery. The goal is to see which approach works best and is most cost-effective over five years.
