Summary

This study tested whether dupilumab, an injectable drug, improves sleep in 188 adults with moderate to severe eczema who also had trouble sleeping. Participants received either dupilumab or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal was to measure changes in sleep quality and itch severity. Results showed that dupilumab helped improve sleep and reduce itching compared to placebo.
