Summary

This study tested a medicine called dupilumab in 160 adults with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition that causes intense itching and hard bumps. Participants had severe itch that wasn't helped by prescription creams. The goal was to see if dupilumab could reduce itching and clear skin lesions. Results showed that more people on dupilumab had a meaningful drop in itch scores compared to placebo.
