NCT ID NCT06293053
Summary
This study aims to understand how the drug dupilumab behaves in the body and how safe it is for children and teenagers with a severe, itchy skin condition called prurigo nodularis. About 18 participants, aged 6 months to under 18 years, will receive the drug for 24 weeks and be followed for safety. The main goal is to measure the drug's levels in the blood and track any side effects.
