Summary

This study tests if dupilumab, given as injections, can reduce severe itching in adults with lichen simplex chronicus, a skin condition causing intense scratching. About 138 participants will receive either dupilumab or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers will measure itch improvement using a daily rating scale. The goal is to find a safer, more effective treatment for this distressing condition.
