Summary
This study looked at how dupilumab, a treatment for moderate-to-severe eczema, changes nerve fibers in the skin and reduces itching. 54 adults with chronic itch took part. Researchers took skin samples to measure nerve density and branching before and after treatment. The goal was to understand how the drug eases itch.
