Summary

This study tested whether an existing eczema medication, dupilumab, could improve sleep quality for adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It involved 188 participants who received either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, with researchers tracking sleep quality, itch intensity, and skin symptoms. The goal was to see if better control of eczema leads to better sleep and improved daily life.
