Summary

This study is testing if dupilumab, given as an injection under the skin, can reduce severe, long-term itching and improve skin appearance in adults with lichen simplex chronicus (LSC). About 138 participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo injection for 24 weeks to see which is better at controlling symptoms. The main goal is to see how many people experience a meaningful reduction in their worst daily itch.
