Summary
This study tests a new device called the DuoCor 2, a mechanical pump that helps both sides of the heart pump blood. It is for 50 adults with advanced heart failure in both ventricles who are not getting enough help from medicine. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can help patients survive, recover, or stay stable while waiting for a heart transplant.
