Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral cholera vaccine called DuoChol in 60 healthy adults aged 18 to 45 in Sweden. Participants receive two doses of either DuoChol or an existing vaccine (Dukoral) to compare safety and immune response. The goal is to gather initial data for future studies in areas where cholera is common.
