One or two implants? study seeks best fix for broken thigh bone

Summary

This study looks at whether using two fixation devices instead of one helps heal broken thigh bones near the knee. About 60 adults with this type of fracture will be enrolled. Researchers will measure surgery time, blood loss, hospital stay, and early complications to see which approach works better.
