Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs for people over 65: dual-task training (doing a physical and mental task at the same time) and action observation therapy (watching and then copying movements). The goal is to see which one better improves balance, walking, thinking skills, and quality of life. Sixty-six older adults will take part in an 8-week program, with three sessions per week.
