Summary
This study looks at two different exercise programs for people over 65: dual-task training (doing two things at once) and action observation therapy (watching and then copying movements). The goal is to see which one better improves balance, walking, thinking skills, and quality of life. About 66 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two therapies or a standard exercise group for 8 weeks.

In the provinces of Yozgat and Çorum, 3 institutions will be selected among the nursing homes, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services + Bahadın Elderly Living Center.
