Summary

This study tests a 4-week exercise program for people who had a stroke 2 weeks to 5 months ago. The program combines walking drills with thinking tasks, like talking while walking or avoiding obstacles. The goal is to see if it's safe, doable, and helps patients walk better in real-world settings. 36 adults aged 40-65 who can already walk independently will take part.
