NCT ID NCT07448961
Summary
This study aims to prevent mobility decline in healthy adults aged 65 and older. It tests whether personalized exercises that combine walking or balancing with mental tasks (like counting) are better than standard exercises at improving balance and reducing the risk of falls. Researchers will compare three groups over an 8-week program to see which approach works best.
